Every component, material and dimension have been refined to put a great sounding speaker in to a simple package - at an otherwise unattainable value.
STRONG CHASSIS.
The cabinet material is pre-cut Monterey pine plywood sourced from sustainable plantations. Timber can be upgraded to European Birch plywood on request.
HIGH PERFORMANCE DRIVERS.
The tweeter and woofer are sourced from SB Acoustics, combining expert Danish design capability and decades of proven manufacturing excellence. These two pair for an incredible value combination.
QUALITY COMPONENTS.
The crossover circuitry is optimised for a harmonious, balanced sound, utilising tried and tested components from Dayton audio.
PREMIUM CABINET MATERIAL.
The cabinet material is CNC machined timber to ensure an accurate cabinet construction. The timber based materials are sourced from sustainable plantations and are of furniture grade quality. We offer the choice of either Birch or Monterey Pine plywood.

One of the beautiful things about putting these kits together is that we have control of where the material is sourced from.
With increasing rates of deforestation and illegal logging, we've made the pledge to only select FSC accredit timber form sustainably accredited plantations.

Speaker designer, Atlas Gouverneur, designed these speakers with the intent of achieving high performance at an affordable price point. His design philosophy is to create a speaker that is truthful to the original recording.
Portable speakers are great at being portable and are typically cheap, but you pay the price in inaccurate music preproduction. High end speakers from big name audio brands like JBL and the alike are typically well designed, but they're expensive to buy. So the Copenhagen speaker kit offers an affordable avenue to get a great sounding pair of speakers.
VIBRATION CONTROLLED.
Cabinet design and refinement is the hidden hurdle to great speaker design; it is the main influence for accurate, uniform bass response. We've made sure the speaker will dig deep when it needs to!
ACOUSTICALLY OPTIMISED.
We employ precise measurement techniques to ensure our kits has an accurate sound signature. Find out more about the speaker acoustic performance in the course.
THE SPECIFICATIONS.
The kit makes a pair of speakers suitable for small to medium sized rooms. To get the most of these speakers we recommend an amplifier that can provide 50 to 250 watts of clean power. If you're unsure with amp choice please get in touch.
