Pay the remaining balance by 01 Decemeber  2025. We’ll email you a secure payment link.
Orders shipping December 10, 2025.
 
3. Build Your Speakers
Follow our step-by-step video instructions to build your state-of-the-art Trohet R speakers.

Core Components (for 2 speakers)
  • 2 × Scan-Speak 15W/8530 woofers (matched pair)
  • 2 × Scan-Speak R2904 tweeters (matched pair)
  • All parts to build 2 crossovers:
    • 16 × film capacitors
    • 14 × air core inductors
    • 12 × 10W resistors
  • 4 × MDF circuit boards with printed diagrams
  • 16 × Oxygen-free copper speaker cables
  • 8 × Gold-plated binding posts
  • 2 × Pre-cut ports with pre-installed damping
  • Polyester acoustic damping material
  • 22 × Hex head screws

Cabinet Options (pre-machined flat packs):
 
  • No cabinet material – $3,400 AUD /pair
  • Alder – $3,820 AUD/pair
  • Mahogany – $3,950 AUD/pair
  • Oak – $4,140 AUD/pair
 
Cabinet kits include left/right-oriented front panels for the offset tweeter.
 
Building your own cabinet? You'll receive detailed CAD drawings. You’ll need at least a router and table saw, plus experience with woodworking.
 
Tools Kit – $120 AUD
Includes:
Soldering iron + stand, solder, hot glue gun, wood glue, ratchet straps (4), 3mm Allen key, sanding block, sandpaper (80–240 grit).
 
Pre-Built Crossovers – $220 AUD
Prefer not to solder? We’ll assemble and test the crossovers for you.
