SPEAKER INSTALLATION.
In April 2019 I was asked If I could build a set of speakers for Rachel Rose's exhibit. Standing 1.5 metres tall and half a meter wide, they certainly had presence.
With a project duration of two weeks, there were late nights and numerous trips to the local coffee shop. The challenging part of building these speakers was simply the sheer size and having to lay the large sheets of expensive veneer.
Due to contractual agreements, I cannot speak of the electroacoustic design. But in short, they sounded great and added to the epicness of Rachel Rose's work.
Speakers are now in their new home and can be seen at Art Space, Sydney.
